Description:
The properties listed on the RENT.OX.ESTATE website can be booked directly online by paying the required deposit by credit card.
In this case, the reservation will be effective once the organizer accepts the payment and sends the relevant receipt/invoice.

The booking form contains the amounts and due dates for the various payments required to complete the reservation, as follows and as will be stated in the individual rental agreements:

To be paid at the time of booking: 30% DEPOSIT calculated on the listed rental price, plus 3% booking fee.
The remaining 70% will be requested within 31 days before the arrival date.
The balance can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.

For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, guests must pay the full rental amount in one lump sum at the time of booking.
The payment methods are the same as those used for the standard booking procedure.

Description:
In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:

• If the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior arrival day: 100% of the amount paid like deposit; no penalty applied.
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 31 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid like DEPOSIT.
• If the cancellation is made between 30 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid. (DEPOSIT) + (BALANCE required 31 days in advance).
