Casale della Torre a fabulous country house between the Tuscany hills, is located in Cortona at the end of the beautiful treed avenue called Parterre. There are not many other locations that give you such a view of the valley. It is part of an 8 hectare farm with olive trees and woods; it’s a perfect place for walking to discover nature. From windows and the gardens, you can see an unbelievable view of Valdichiana, Lake Trasimeno and Montepulciano. The colors change with the seasons: the green of spring, the yellow of the grain in summer, the red of autumn and the white of the snow in winter. Guests can spend their time looking at the unforgettable sunsets.
From the villa, it’s possible to reach the historical center in 10 minutes walking along the Parterre that is lit up for the evening. In the other direction, you can admire beautiful villas such as Bramasole, the home of famous author Frances Mayes. Also, in less than 20 minutes, you will arrive at Torreone, an old suburb under a medieval fortress called Girifalco. On this farm holiday you can enjoy the center of Cortona or relax at the villa in complete privacy.
The Casale is a fabulous country house today, but in the past, it was a windmill to grind grain coming from the countryside all around Cortona. The oldest part of the house dates from 1400. It was part of the land holdings called Palazzone whose owners were noblemen from Cortona.
The Casale is composed of two houses made of stone in perfect Tuscan style with wooden ceilings and tiled floors.
All around the houses, you can find olive trees, gardens with wild flowers and plants and also a garden with vegetables and aromatic plants from which guests may pick. At the Casale, there is a beautiful infinity swimming pool with a large deck area with lounge chairs to spend time under the Tuscan sun. There are also outside tables, a bbq and a lot of space for relaxation. This is one of the most requested Accommodations on our site.

The walk to and from Cortona is amazing and proximity to many other towns is incredibly ideal. It will be hard to ever stay anywhere else....For us, it is home.

Description:
The properties listed on the RENT.OX.ESTATE website can be booked directly online by paying the required deposit by credit card.
In this case, the reservation will be effective once the organizer accepts the payment and sends the relevant receipt/invoice.
The booking form contains the amounts and due dates for the various payments required to complete the reservation, as follows and as will be stated in the individual rental agreements:
To be paid at the time of booking: 30% DEPOSIT calculated on the listed rental price, +4% booking management fee.
The remaining 70% will be requested within 31 days before the arrival date.
The balance can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, guests must pay the full rental amount in one lump sum at the time of booking.
The payment methods are the same as those used for the standard booking procedure.
Description:
In case of cancellation of a booking, the clients are entitled to a refund based on the days in advance of arrival day, as follows:
• If cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the arrival date: 100% refund* of the deposit of price of accommodation, no penalty applies (*4% of the deposit will be retained as a booking management fee).
• If the cancellation is made between 59 and 31 days prior arrival day: 0% refund of the amount paid like DEPOSIT.
• If the cancellation is made between 30 and 1 days prior arrival day: 0% of the amount paid. (DEPOSIT) + (BALANCE required 31 days in advance).
