The house is isolated and immersed in the green of the olive groves that extend as far as the eye can see but still close to the town, whose main points of interest, restaurants, supermarkets, important touristic places, shops and services are very close. Villa Ponente surrounded by the Tuscan countryside was completely rebuilt by using reclaimed materials from the demolition of an old house that was abandoned about two centuries ago.
The Villa was erased from the city maps about a hundred years ago, but with love and stubbornness the current owners of Villa gave it new life and made those dream come true: modern construction techniques and the charm of ancient Tuscan houses come together perfectly to create a holiday unique.

Walking along the road to Cortona you can enjoy the view of splendid castles and historic homes that belonged to important families who have made our land so unique and renowned throughout the world. And how is beautiful nature in this places it is words less, you should see.

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a large dining room like those found in ancient traditional houses, and a welcoming and comfortable living room embellished with a beautiful stone fireplace.

On this floor there is also a bedroom, a bathroom and another room, designed to accommodate disabled people or people with mobility difficulties who cannot climb stairs but wish to enjoy our cordial hospitality. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms, finely furnished with Tuscan-style furniture and furnishings. Simple, pure, very cozy atmosphere gives you really warm feelings and opportunity to relax and enjoy. This is one of the most requested Accommodations on our site.
